Saori Summer Camps:

July 28-30
August 11-13
August 18-20

Mon -Wed from 10 am - Noon
3-day session - $75 (including materials)

Try It : 2 hour trial class
Try your hand at Saori weaving. The loom is set up for you and all the materials are available at the studio. Take your finished weaving home with you.

$30 plus materials
$25 plus materials (14 and under)

There are 3 looms available so you can bring a friend and enjoy a morning, afternoon or evening together.

Basic Course :
6 classes (2 hrs each)
Learn to weave Saori style and set up your own project. You can expect to finish one or two projects.

$180 plus materials

Advanced Course :
6 classes (2 hrs each)
Continue exploring Saori. You can learn more advanced techniques such as interlocking warp, learn about Saori clothing - as always there are endless possibilities.

$225 plus materials

Make a Scarf Workshop
4 hours - $70 + materials
(prerequisite: "Try-It" class)

(Option of doing both Try-It and Scarf workshop in one day - 6 hours total)

Pre-warped loom - choice of cool or warm colours

SAORI Weaving Retreats are held at our studio in the woods on Salt Spring Island, BC.

Weaving retreats can be combined with a B&B stay at our cottage. Please contact me for more information.
